IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module - Single Channel

The IRF520 MOSFET module is a user-friendly driver designed for controlling high-power DC loads using a microcontroller such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi. It can regulate devices with a capacity of up to 24 volts and 5 amperes through a single digital PWM signal.
